Welcome to McPherson Cellars. Our beautiful, new facility is built in the old Coca-Cola bottling plant in the historic Depot District of downtown Lubbock. This exceptional setting is now available for meetings, parties, rehearsal dinners and weddings. Our space can accommodate up to 200 seated guests and 250 guests for a cocktail style event. SERVICES INCLUDED WITH EVERY EVENT
- Beautiful Winery Ambiance in the historic Depot District
- A minimum of 2 hours to set up before your private event
- A minimum of 4 hours to set up before your wedding and/or reception
- 1 hour clean up time following the event
- Service team for the party time (wine servers and event center supervisor on duty)
- Table and Chairs set up and break down according to your floor plan (when you rent tables and chairs from our facility)
- Meeting times to discuss your party details with the Event Center Manager
- Private Parking and Depot District street parking
- Access to our catering station (including industrial size refrigerator, stainless steel countertops, and private loading dock entrance)
- Access to event vendors, special catering vendor list, and photographer list.
PRICING INFORMATION
Please, contact us with the form to the right for a quote for your special event. Prices are dependent on the amount of guests, length of party, tables and chair needs, and alcohol service option.
WINE PACKAGES
- Open Bar Without Limit - You choose a selection of wines to be offered to your guests, no glass limit. You will be charged per open bottle at conclusion of the event. Any partial bottles become the property of the host and will be packed to go. There is a 15% discount on wine purchased.
- Open Bar With Limit - You choose a selection of wines to be offered to your guests and set a limit of bottles available. You will be charged for your selection. Additional wines can be added during the event if the host requests it. There is a 15% discount on wine purchased.
- Cash Bar - A selection of wines are poured by the glass and paid for as poured. Classic wines are $5 or $6 per glass. Reserve wines $8 per glass.
All packages include wine servers, wine bar, and wine glasses. Wine will only be poured between the hours paid for, with last call 15 minutes prior to the end of the rental time.
CATERING, RENTALS, AND DECORATIONS
Our Event Coordinator is prepared to work with you and your caterer to make your event truly special.
We offer table and chair rental. If you are interested, please refer to our pricing list. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to provide chairs, tables, and decorations for the event and to have them set up and broken down.
Decorations must not adhere or attach to the structure. If any decorations require attachment, you can discuss this with the event coordinator and must receive consent prior to the event.

EVENT DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit, a signed contract and copy of a credit card is required at the time the event is reserved. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to the event.
The credit card on file is to cover any additional cleaning, damages or injury that may occur, as well as, any loss incurred by anyone at the event. See the contract for more specific information on liability and responsibility.

MISCELLANEOUS
- Security for evening functions with alcohol is required for groups over 50. We will book security through our local provider at an additional fee.
- Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the buildings or in the courtyard.
- Any additional hour not scheduled will be charged $300 an hour.
